This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our golf simulator directory website. By using our site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email, signup placement, consent version, and confirmation and unsubscribe dates in Supabase. Optional city and interest preferences help us plan relevant content. Resend processes email delivery. We send a confirmation request before subscribing you; we do not add contact-form submissions to the newsletter.

Every newsletter includes preferences and unsubscribe links. We retain an unsubscribe record to prevent further newsletter sends unless you confirm a new subscription. To limit abuse, we temporarily store a keyed digest of the requesting IP address, rather than the raw address. Newsletter analytics use counts and signup placements; email addresses and management tokens are excluded. Contact us to request removal of your subscription information.
